99 and 101 Glen Road - ROSEDALE, TORONTO (1 Comment)
In the summer of 2015, I posted this 2 storey, 5,800 square foot 4-plex apartment building with 2 and 3 bedroom units at 99 and 101 Glen Road in Rosedale in Toronto…
It was a weird property but according to that listing, it had options like ‘low and medium density residential uses such as a detached house, semi-detached houses, townhouses, or the existing apartment could be renovated and converted into condominiums.’
Looks like the existing apartment building was converted into fancy apartments.
It consists of 4 units.
The only unit that is staged, with photos below, at 99 Glen Road Unit A is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximate 2,300 square foot apartment with 2 parking spots and a ground floor patio space. Here are the floor plans…
The unit above it at 99 Glen Road Unit B is smaller with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,400 square feet with a rooftop terrace…
The lower unit to the north at 101 Glen Road Unit B (why isn’t it Unit A like 99 Glen?) is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,200 square foot apartment with 2 parking spots…
The unit above at 101 Glen Road Unit A is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,300 square foot apartment with 2 parking spots…
Overall, I like the style and finishes. The windows make it a little like a fishbowl but if that doesn’t bother you and you have a large monthly budget, these are good apartments on 2 bus routes to the Bloor line and the Yonge line.
As for the cost, this unit, as well as the larger one at 101 Glen Road, are listed at $12,500/month. The upper unit at 99 Glen with the roof top deck is listed at $6,900/month will the one at 101 Glen is listed at $6,200/month.
So, yeah.
Kind of pricey.
