PRICE DROP #2 - 50 Bartlett Avenue TH #16 - BLOORDALE, TORONTO (13 Comments)

In May, I posted this 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bathroom, almost 2000 square foot town house with a 233 square foot rooftop terrace and 2 parking spots at #16 50 Barlett Avenue in the Bartlett Laneway development.

It was develpoment done by Audax Architecture for Curated Properties and was completed in 2016 with this specific unit being designed by teb Interiors.

It was a really good townhouse condo (if you didn’t find it claustrophobic as I did).

The asking price was $2,150,000.

For a 2 bedroom townhouse, that seemd a little high as it didn’t sell.

In December, it was back on the market with a new price. The price had been dropped to  $1,785,000.

It has now had another drop and this time around, I think this may be it.

The new asking price for this townhouse is…

$1,490,000 (with $730.60/month maintenance fees).
