This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 3 parking spots in The Loretta building at 385 Brunswick Ave was on the market for one day.

BUT…

It has also been on the market on and off since July.

It’s a great condo in a centrally located building that has other impressive condos like the one at Unit 502 that I posted years ago. I’m not sure where the photos went for that post but here is the video of that place…

That was a 2+1 bedroom (really just 2), 4 bathroom condo with 4 parking spots and a large roof top deck. It was listed at $3,295,000.

In that same year, this condo was on the market for $2,398,000.

I’m not sure what either sold for but, in July 2018, this condo came back on the market for $3,978,000. After 3 attempts to sell it at that price, they decided to drop the price to $3,850,000.

And the day they did that…

It sold for asking.
