14A - 570 Wellington Avenue West - NIAGARA, TORONTO (1 Comment)

At the end of 2017, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with 1 underground parking spot at #14A 570 Wellington Street West in Niagara.

It was a renovated townhouse with a zen feel and it was good if you didn't need a backyard or more than 1 bedroom. But I would have removed that built-in couch and it was weird that you had to walk around the bathtub to get to the rest of the bathroom.

Otherwise, it was a nice house in a downtown location.

The asking price was $1,299,000 with $986.05/month in condo fees. According to the person that sent it in, it apparenlty sold for $1,150,000.

It is now back on the market (without that built-in couch) a little over a year later for…

$1,349,900.

Which is an almost 14% increase.

So…
