PRICE DROP - 53 Palmerston Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS, TORONTO (4 Comments)
A little over a year ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 18.75 x 135 foot lot at 53 Palmerston Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.
Apparenlty, it used to be a coach house with a driveway running through the house which would explain the huge window at the front that looks like a store front and the bi-level first floor.
Both things that I wasn’t so crazy about.
Otherwise, I liked the house and all the finishes.
It was listed at $2,999,888.
It didn’t sell and, by July, the price was down to $2,499,000.
By November, it had new photos and a new price. The asking price had increased to $2,788,800.
The price has dropped again. The new asking price for this house is…
$2,499,880.
