A few weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 2 parking spots on a 15 x 113.5 foot lot at 58 Annette Street in the Junction.
It was a house that I had posted years ago when it reminded me of this…
The paint was dark and creepy and this room was very Misery-esque…
But I thought that with some paint, this could be a good house.
It was listed at $649,900 and it sold for $741,000.
The person who bought it did a LOT of painting and redid the 3rd floor into a master suite and overall made it a not creepy house at all.
It was on the market again at the begining of April for $1,199,000.
It sold…
For $1,260,000.
