PRICE DROP - 66 Annette Street - JUNCTION, TORONTO (3 Comments)

A little over a year ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 1 car detached garage on a 15 x 126.75 square foot lot at 66 Annette Street in the Junction in Toronto.

It was an interesting row house with a main floor that opened up to the second floor in the middle but if you were looking for good sized bedrooms, this house was not the one. But it was definitely interesting.

It was listed at $1,499,000. I guess they didn’t get the price they wanted because the price was increased a few weeks later to $1,899,000.

I guess they didn’t get that price either because this house is back on the market with a whole new price of…
