PRICE INCREASE - 66 Annette Street - JUNCTION, TORONTO (3 Comments)
On Saturday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 1 car detached garage on a 15 x 126.75 square foot lot at 66 Annette Street in the Junction in Toronto.
It was an interesting row house with a main floor opened up to the second floor in the middle.
If you don't need large bedrooms, this was definitely an interesting option. Otherwise, it was a little impractical.
Though I forgot to mention the price, it was listed at $1,499,000.
Looks like they didn't get the price they wanted because this house has had a price change...
To $1,899,000.
That might be difficult.
