A little over a year ago, I postd this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 1 car detached garage on a 15 x 126.75 square foot lot at 66 Annette Street in the Junction in Toronto.

It was a fairly recently renovated house but at least one of the bedrooms had been removed to create an open staircase…

And the bedrooms on the third floor were quite small.

So, when the price was increased a couple of weeks later to $1,899,000 from the inital asking price of $1,499,000, I thought it was going to be a pretty hard sale.

It didn’t sell and was back on the market a year later in mid-July for $1,399,000.

It finally sold…

For $1,425,000.
