In June, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximately 2,950 square foot, full floor condo at 540 College Street in Littly Italy in Toronto.

It was the third floor condo in the building above on and it was owned by Gianpiero Pugliese and Mariya Naumov, the founding principal and a designer (respectively) at Audax Architecture…

The firm behind the houses at 46 Forest Hill Road…

And the house at 41 Berryman Street…

It was listed at $4,285,000.

I thought it was a little high but maybe if they threw in the furniture….

It didn’t sell and the price has now be dropped. The new price for this condo with no outdoor space is…

$3,935,000.

That furniture still looks pretty good.
