AND IT WENT FOR - 429 Brock Avenue - BROCKTON VILLAGE, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 3 unit, 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 16.67 x 100 foot lot at 429 Brock Avenue in Brockton Village in Toronto.

It was a fully renovated house that showed really well and could be used as an income property, as a home with income, or a shared owner property.

A year ago, before the renovation, this house was listed at $999,000. It sold for $1,182,000.

After the renovation, it was back on the market for $1,699,000. I didn’t know the math on this as an income property but it seemed like a deal to me.

Guess I wasn’t alone on that as this place sold the day after I posted it…

For $2,007,600.
