I don’t love the location of the bathroom on the 2nd floor but it is a great multi-unit property otherwise.

A year ago, before the renovation, this house was listed at $999,000. It sold for $1,182,000.

It is now on the market for $1,699,000.

What’s the math here? Is it a deal? It seems like a deal to me.
