It isn’t at all so maybe that’s not an issue.

I think in the breakfast area, I would rather put a comfortable chair or 2 instead of another table, especially since the counter has stools.

And I’m not sure I am crazy about the master having black finishes and the rest of the house having chrome but that could just be me.

Otherwise, it’s a great house in a great neighbourhood.

But it has already been on the market for a few weeks. So what’s the issue? Maybe the price. This house is listed at…

Considering it is fairly narrow and is only 3 bedrooms, maybe it needs a price drop.

And maybe some planters at the front.
