It’s a house I posted years ago when it looked like this…
When it was listed then, the floors were painted dark grey and it was a little rough around the edges. The asking price was $865,000. According to HouseSigma, it never sold but was back on the market 6 years later with white painted floors and a whole new set of furniture.
The asking price was $1,399,000 and it sold for $1,350,000.
A few weeks ago, it was back on the market with all new white oak floors and a built-in bench in the kitchen (I prefer the couch that was there in the last listing)…
And an asking price of $1,590,000. After a price drop to $1,540,000, it sold after 2 weeks on the market…
For $1,500,000.
P.S. This is an example of why I don’t like ivy on houses…
But it looks like they got rid of it for the listing.
