PRICE DROP - 154 Hamilton Street - RIVERSIDE, TORONTO
Two years ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 15 x 86 foot lot at 154 Hamilton Street in the Riverside neighbourhood in Toronto.
It was a house that used to look like this…
It was that little house in essentially what should have been the backyard. It was listed in September 2015 for $545,000 and sold for $530,000 in March 2016.
By December 2018, it had been rebuilt into a 3 storey house and was back on the market…
For $2,999,000.

It didn’t sell and I feel there was a price drop fairly soon after but I can’t find it. But HouseSigma is reporting that there was a price drop in May of this year to $1,999,000.
BIG drop.
But it still didn’t sell and the price has been dropped again…
To $1,899,000.
