PRICE DROP #3 - 15 Citation Drive - BAYVIEW VILLAGE, TORONTO (1 Comment)

At the beginning of June, I posted this 1950s, architect’s own home overlooking Bayview Village Park at 15 Citation Drive in the Bayview Village neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60 x 178 foot lot and the asking price was $2,995,000.

I thoughy it would be a great house with just a little work to update it. But considering the neighbours were all turning into huge new builds, I assumed this would be torn down and replaced as well.

But it seems that the price was too high for builders and the price was dropped to $2,838,000 after 2 weeks on the market (according to HouseSigma, it was initially listed at $2,788,888 with a price drop to $2,688,000 but I think those were price drops #3 and #4). The price was dropped again in October to $2,549,000.

It still hasn’t sold and the price has been dropped again.

The new price for this house is…

$2,499,000.
