Years ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse with a detached 14.67 x 129 foot lot at 13 Foxley Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.
The first floor had been renovated in 2009 and had a Connie Braemar feel to it like the house at 15 Laurier Avenue in Cabbagetown…
It was listed at $849,000. It sold for $825,000.
It was then listed again in 2017 with a few changes like floors and paint and maybe a bathroom. It was listed at $1,269,000 and sold for $1,350,000.
It is back on the market again, weirdly with the same photos as the last listing (see below) though it’s a different agent this time around so I am not sure if there have been changes since then.
The price this time around is $1,599,000 or about a 7% annual compounded increase.
I don’t see this sitting for long.
