SOLD - 204 - 525 Logan Avenue - RIVERDALE, TORONTO (1 Comment)

Last week, I posted a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 car garage came on the market at 205 - 525 Logan Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.

It was a condo that I had posted in 2015 when it was listed for $844,900 and sold for $834,000.

It was back on the market in mid-March with a few changes like the addition of a glass wall to create another bedroom and an outdoor kitchen on the rooftop deck.

The asking price was $1,599,900 and it sold for $1,540,000 after about 5 weeks on the market.

In the original post for that condo, I posted some photos of this 2+2 (?) bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 garage parking spot at 204 - 525 Logan Avenue that had sold a year earlier in 2014.

It was basically the mirror image of the other apartment but didn’t show as well. It had been listed it $749,000 and sold for $745,000.

Since then, the floors have been changed and the kitchen has been updated (why didn’t they put the dishwasher on the other side of the sink?) with the addition of a large island. But unlike the condo at 205, the bathrooms had not been updated and it was only a 2 bedroom condo, not 3.

It was listed a week after 205 had sold. The asking price was $1,579,000. It officially sold yesterday after 4 days on the market…

For $1,520,000.
