Last month, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 car garage came on the market at 205 - 525 Logan Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.

I didn’t realize when I first saw it that I had posted it in the past because this is what the view of the second floor from the living room looked like before…

Which makes this condo a full 3 bedroom versus 2+1.

It was listed in 2015 for $844,900 and it sold for $834,000.

With some cosmetic changes to the kitchen, the front hall, the removal of the carpet on the second and third floor which was replaced with matching hard wood to the first floor, the doors, I am assuming a full reno to the third floor bathroom, and the addition of an outdoor kitchen on the patio deck, the asking price 5 years later was $1,599,900.

It sat on the market for a little over a month but it sold a week ago…

For $1,540,000.

P.S. Why did they get rid of those built-ins underneath the windows in the living room?

Maybe they weren’t built-ins.
