PRICE INCREASE - 491 Parkside Drive - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES
What is going on with this house!?!
Years ago, I posted this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom triplex on a 40 x 150 foot lot at 491 Parkside Drive over looking High Park in Roncesvalles in Toronto.
It had just sold for $1,235,000 after being listed at $989,000 and being marketed to ‘renovators and contractors’.
It was back on the market a year and a half later with no changes other than saying it was a 6 bedroom house, not 7. The asking price was $1,349,000. It sold 2 weeks later for $1,473,000.
Two years later in 2018, it was on the market AGAIN but by then, it had renderings for a modern new build….
The asking price was $2,499,000 (HouseSigma has it at $2,399,000). It sold for $2,000,000.
In February of this year, it was on the market again with the renderings for $2,380,000. But if you google it, the asking price is or was $1,500,000. And I swear that I saw that it had sold after that February listing but I could be wrong.
But now it is on the market for $2,650,000.
Seriously…
