AND IT WENT FOR - 55 Fairfield Road - SHERWOOD PARK, TORONTO

In mid-April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathoroom house with 3 parking spots on a 31 x 99 foot lot at 55 Fairfield Road on a quiet street in Sherwood Park in Toronto.

It was a good family house that had last been listed in 2016 for $1,695,000. It sold for asking.

It was back on the market 4 years later for $1,868,000 with a few changes like the kitchen backsplash, new appliances, and perhaps some waterproofing in the basement.

It didn’t sell and a week later it came back on the market with a price increase to $1,998,000 which I thought was odd.

But it looks like it worked because this house has now sold…

For the original asking of $1,868,000.
