A little under 2 weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 20 x 144 foot lot at 17 Albemarle Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.
It was a house that I posted in June of 2015 when it looked like this (it’s the one on the right)…
There were no interior photos so it presumably needed a lot of work.
It has since been rebuilt by Bridel Custom Homes, the people behind the house at 116 Glen Road in Rosedale…
This house did have the same wine fridge as that house but this house was brighter with lighter floors and bathrooms.
It was listed at $3,195,000. I thought that would be hard with that backyard…
It has sold…
For $3,080,000.
I wonder how soon the new owners are going to make ALL the outdoor railings glass…or at least something else.
