In June of 2015, I posted a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with a detached garage on a 20 x 144 foot lot at 17 Albemarle Avenue in Riverdale in Toronto.
It was a house that had no interior photos and had creepy exterior photos like this one…
It was listed at $1,195,000 and it sold for $1,360,170.
It has since been rebuilt by Bridel Custom Homes, the people behind the house at 116 Glen Road in Rosedale…
Like that house, this house has that wine fridge thing in the middle of the house as a feature. But the overall house is lighter with lighter floors and bathrooms.
It is now 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car garage.
The asking price is…
$3,195,000.
That may tough with that backyard.
