A little over a week ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a car and 2 more parking spots on a 24 x 216.83 foot lot at 209 Kenilworth Avenue in the Beaches.

It was first listed in July for $3,270,000 which was probably a little aggressively high. By November, the price was down to $2,999,999.

Two weeks ago, it came on the market again but this time at $2,198,000.

It just sold…

For $2,500,000.
