In October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 19.77 x 135 foot lot at 557 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston in Toronto.

It had last been for lease in 2008. Since then, they have replaced most of the furniture but this bed in the basement was still there…

And I wondered how they are going to get it out.

When I first posted this house, it was listed at $3,579,000. A month later, the price was dropped to $3,350,000.

Two weeks later, it sold…

For $3,350,000.

Along with my concern about that bed in the basement, I’m still wondering if this unaccompanied dog made it home safely…
