A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 19.77 x 135 foot lot at 557 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston in Toronto.

It was a house that showed really well with a great third floor principal bedroom with a huge deck. The only problem was the small, pea gravel backyard.

It was listed at $3,579,000.

It didn’t sell so the price was dropped at the end of last week.
