AND IT WENT FOR - 68 Millbrook Crescent - RIVERDALE, TORONTO

At the beginning of the month, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 23.83 x 175 foot lot at 68 Millbrook Crescent in Riverdale in Toronto.

It was a house that had been renovated after it was last listed in 2019 when the asking price was $999,000 and it sold for $1,355,068.

Overall, it was a good reno that opened up the house but I wasn’t crazy about the kitchen and it didn’t seem like there was a lot of storage.

But the price was $1,379,000 which was only slightly higher that what it sold for 2 years ago pre-reno.

So, it seemed pretty clear that they were hoping for a bidding war. And it looks like they may have gotten it because this house sold the day I posted it…

For $1,725,000.
