Since then, the house was opened up with the wall between the living room and kitchen being removed with the kitchen being redone and moved from the middle of the house to the back.

And while I like the house much better now that it is opened up and it shows really well…

I wish they had used the cabinets and countertop from the old kitchen or at least different cabinets than what is currently there. I don’t know what it is about them but it feels dated to me. Maybe it shows differently in person but I prefer the old kitchen style to this one. Plus, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of storage.

Otherwise, this is a good house that shows really well.

It is now listed at $1,379,000.

Despite not loving the kitchen, that is definitely more than a $24,000 kitchen. At least all the changes are more than $24,000.

So, I guess they are hoping for a bidding war?
