AND IT WENT FOR - 256 Howland Avenue - ANNEX, TORONTO

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 16.54 x 77 foot lot at 256 Howland Avenue just south of Dupont in the Annex in Toronto.

It was listed in 2017 for $999,000 when it looked like this…

It sold for $850,000.

It was back on the market with a full gut renovation last month and they did a really good job.

I mentioned that it wasn’t a huge house but they managed to get 5 bathrooms in there and I liked all the finishes.

But it was first listed in mid-June with a $1,890,000 price tag. The week before I posted it, they increased it to $1,990,000. As of the day before I posted it, the price is down to $1,749,000.

It sold a week later…

For $1,827,000.
