Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located literally steps to College Street and all of its restaurants in Little Italy in Toronto.

It was a condo with not only an impressive location but an impressive window…

And I suppose the ceiling height. Oh, and the outdoor space. Otherwise, this condo was pretty generic (though it does look good with the staging).

It was listed at $1,099,000. It sold the day I posted it after only 3 days on the market…

For $1,115,000.
