PRICE DROP - 11 Knight Street - EAST YORK, TORONTO

A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 4 parking spots on a 30 x 140 foot lot at 11 Knight Street in East York in Toronto.

It was a rebuild of a house that used to look like this when it was listed in 2019…

The asking price was $899,900 and it sold for $910,000.

After the reno, it was listed at $2,388,800.

I thought that considering it was across the street from the East York Hospital parking lot and that the price was pretty high for East York, people may be picky with that price.

But I still thought it would find a buyer and sell fast.

Guess I was wrong because this house is still on the market and just had a price drop….

To $2,288,000.
