11 Knight Street - EAST YORK, TORONTO

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 4 parking spots on a 30 x 140 foot lot at 11 Knight Street in East York in Toronto.

At first I thought it was a new build but it is apparently a ‘full renovation’ of a house that used to look like this…

Though I would say that it is more of a rebuild than a full reno, it is definitely a different house and they did a really good job.

Basically, I like all the finishes and the layout (though I wish the wood floor went all the way through the kitchen) and I think the house will appeal to a lot of people.

But I wonder if this is going to be a problem…

It’s the East York hospital and the parking lot right across the street.

I don’t see it as much of a problem but considering the house was listed 2 years ago at $899,900 and sold for $910,000…

And it is now listed at $2,388,800…

People may be picky at that price.

But my guess is that it sells fast.
