AND IT WENT FOR - 6 Croft Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

A month ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom laneway house with 1 parking spot on a 26 x 46 foot lot at 6 Croft Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was a laneway house that had been renovated in 2016 when it was last listed for $1,585,000 and sold for $1,620,000.

Since then, not much had changed but the asking price was $2,149,900 or a 6% annual compounded interest. I thought because of that, it would sell fast.

A week later, it hadn’t sold and the price was dropped to $1,999,900.

It took another couple of weeks but this house finally sold…

For $1,980,000.

Or about a 4% annual compounded interest.
