It was a good house that showed really well with the layout and the staging.
This is what it looked like when it was last listed in 2015 for $799,000…
It sold for $847,000.
Since then, they have changed the floors, there are a bunch of new windows, the back of the house was fixed, the kitchen was redone, the bathrooms were redone, the backyard was redone, they added dimmers…
It was listed at $1,249,000.
I was going to say when I posted it yesterday (but something came up and I didn’t, my apologies) that it wasn’t going to sit for long.
And it didn’t.
This house sold yesterday…
For $1,710,000.
