PRICE DROP - 6 Croft Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom laneway house with 1 parking spot on a 26 x 46 foot lot at 6 Croft Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was a laneway house that was renovated in 2016 when it was last listed for $1,585,000. It sold for $1,620,000.

Since then, there haven’t been any changes that I could see but it was back on the market for $2,149,900.

Which is actually only a 6% CGR so I thought it would sell fast.

I guess they didn’t get any offer (or maybe they did but didn’t like them) because this has now had a price drop…
