10 Seaforth Avenue - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO
I’m confused.
In March, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom row house on an 18.88 x 134 foot lot at 10 Seaforth Avenue in Roncesvalles/Parkdale in Toronto.
Apparently, it was the home of Hamid Samad and Sara Parisotto, co-owners of Commute Design Studio. They are a retailer of up-cycled vintage furniture and are behind the design of many restaurants in the city.
And like those restaurants, this was a unique home.
When I posted it, the asking price was $1,689,000.
It didn’t sell and the price was increased 10 days later to $1,849,000. It ended up selling for $1,849,000.
But I don’t know what is going on because 7 months later, this house is on the market again. So, either the sale fell through and Samad and Parisotto replaced the furniture with more stuff from their store leaving a few tables and outdoor chairs the same.
Or this is a whole new sale.
The asking price is $2,150,000.
Wonder if they are selling the house with the lights.
