AND IT WENT FOR - 10 Seaforth Avenue - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO

It’s been a while since I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom row house on an 18.88 x 134 foot lot at 10 Seaforth Avenue in Roncesvalles/Parkdale in Toronto (end of March) but I just realized that it sold so thought I would post it.

It was a house that showed really well as it was the home of Hamid Samad and Sara Parisotto, co-owners of Commute Design Studio.

When I posted it, the asking price was $1,689,000.

It didn’t sell and the price was increased 10 days later to $1,849,000 which was an interesting strategy.

But it worked because this house sold 2 weeks later…

For $1,849,000.

Maybe they threw in the lighting and those green chairs.
