54 Dupont Street - DUPONT AND DAVENPORT, TORONTO
This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.08 x 96 foot lot at 54 Dupont Street in the Dupont and Davenport neighbourhood in Toronto.
And it is the third time I have posted the listing. I have actually posted it more than that because of price drops but this is the third time it has been for sale.
The first time I posted it, I mentioned that it was redone by JCI Architects, the same architects behind the house at 339 North Rumsey in North Leaside that sold for $1,925,000 in January 2013.
A year later, this was on the market for $1,795,000.
While it was a really good house, there were 2 things I wasn’t crazy about. I didn’t love the front door opening right into the living room and this wasn’t great…
Those are the CP Rail tracks and they are really close.
But 3 months later, it was back on the market. Turns out it wasn’t the train tracks but a personal matter for the owner who had to sell.
The asking price was again $1,795,000. Unfortunately, it didn’t sell and after a few price drops and several months later with a relist again at $1,795,000…
It finally sold for $1,700,000.
It’s now back on the market with few changes other than changing this…
