25 Edgewood Crescent - ROSEDALE, TORONTO

In October 2020, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 21.67 x 104 foot at 23 Edgewood Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was a house that had previously sold in 2015 for $1,255,000. When it came back on the market in 2020, it had been fully renovated. According to the listing, it was ‘A Modern Take On Vintage!’.

It showed really well but there was a bit too much going on for me.

But this house that is attached to it, it’s more my style.

It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots.on a 21.67 x 110 foot lot (weird it’s 6 feet longer) at 25 Edgewood Crescent in Toronto.

It had sold in May 2018 for $1,311,000 when it looked like this…

Then 4 months later, it was back on the market for $1,450,000. It didn’t sell and it was back on the market in another 4 months later in January 2019 with some staging…

It was listed at at $1,499,000 and sold for $1,500,000.

It was then renovated with an open concept first floor (sort of) with new floors throughout and a new kitchen. The bathrooms are all new with the addition of a primary bedroom en suite. And it shows really well.

But like the attached house, the basement of this house is not finished.

The house next door was listed at $2,750,000 in 2020 and sold for asking.
