Overall, it was a good reno with a few things I wasn’t crazy about.
It was listed at $2,849,000 and sold for $2,790,000.
A year and a half later, it was back on the market with an asking price of $3,349,000 which was a 13% increase, so yeah, no.
A month later, the price was down to $2,995,000. It sold 3 months later for $2,715,000.
It is now back on the market again (and with the same photos as the 2019 listing). It was initially listed in January for $3,699,000. It looks like that same day the price was dropped to $3,499,900 (please correct me if I’m wrong).
It still hasn’t sold and the price is now…
$3,295,000.
