It had been renovated after it had been purchased for $375,250 when it looked like this…
After the full renovation, it was on the market for $849,000 and it sold for $825,000.
It was then listed again in 2017 (which I didn’t post) with a few changes like floors and paint and maybe a new bathroom in place of a bedroom. It was listed at $1,269,000 and sold for $1,350,000.
Three years later, it was on the market again with few changes but it still showed well even though I wasn’t crazy about the staging/furniture.
The asking price was $1,599,000 which was about a 7% annual compounded increase.
It took a few weeks but it sold after a few weeks for $1,550,000.
About a week and a half ago, it was back on the market again for $1,399,900. Unsurprisingly, it sold over ask.
This time it sold…
For $1,868,000 which is a 6% annual compounded increase.
