This completely renovated home located steps to the subway, great shops and several private schools seems like a great deal at $1,349,000 especially when you compare it to the Snowdon Avenue house.................until you notice the many apartment buildings surrounding it.

The kitchen isn't huge but is definitely functional and the large living room/ family room is very bright as the whole back wall has been turned into sliding doors.
I have no idea where they got them, but I love those chairs in the living room. I love the colour with the grey built-ins and the light grey couch.
So, if you are a good with having 50 apartments staring into your living room and bedroom, then go crazy! But unfortunately the living room furniture won't come with it.
Or that TEDDY BEAR on the master bed, what the hell!?!
