After being on the market for at least 7 weeks, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in the heart of Cabbagetown has dropped its price.....

by a whopping 3%!!!  Really!?!  That's it!?!

This is the house that has the kitchen where the living room is supposed to be.  Nice street though!
