Serendipity Offices are for Sale!! - SUMMERHILL
Looks like the film production company Serendipity Point owned by Robert Lantos is moving!
And he is asking $8,800,000 for the office building located at 9 Price Street!
Robert Lantos is famous for starting Alliance Communications in 1985, taking it public in 1993 and selling it in 1998 when it merged with Atlantis and became Alliance Atlantis with funding of over $500 million.
It is then that Lantos started Serendipity Point Films which recently produced the Golden Globe Winner and Academy Award nominated Barney's Version.
At the time of the sale of Alliance, Volgyesi Propst Inc. Architects and Cecconi Simone Design Consultant were commissioned to build this 4 level, 7856 square foot office headquarters.
With a 3 level courtyard and 20 offices, this is a pretty impressive structure (unfortunately these are the only interior photos I could find).
And though the listing states that there is only office space in this building, rumour has it that there is a hidden apartment behind a wall used by a billionaire buddy of Lantos' for 'secret meetings'.
