Oh my gosh!! Looks like it is Price Drop Friday!!
The house that I said I would buy (if I could) at $3,495,000 has dropped its price!
The price has dropped by 4% to $3,350,000!!!
I suppose this is still pretty high when you consider there are a few things that need to be changed but it is such a nice looking house. And I said I would buy it at $3.5 only compared to this house which is now priced $200,000 more and is a TOTAL rip-off. Good luck with that.
Back to the updates, there aren't a lot. Some people might want to redo the kitchen but I think with new backsplash, handles and perhaps countertops, it could be really amazing. The bathrooms are all a little out of date (for a price of $3.35) and the floors in the upper level look a little old as well. But all in all, this house is great. I really like it, inside and out.
One thing I hadn't noticed before though was the art. Looks like someone is a painter! The front hall, the dining room, the family room, the master bath.......very interesting.
What do you think? Is the price right or should it be $2,900,000?
