Price Drops!! 60 Woodlawn Ave West and 144 Manning Ave
This 3 bedroom semi located at Yonge and St. Clair at 60 Woodlawn Avenue West was recently featured in the Globe and Mail Real Estate Section as a Home of the Week but looks like that didn't help it sell.
As I mentioned, it was WAY overpriced. Looks like the agents and sellers are starting to agree as they have dropped the price. But not by enough.
The price has dropped by 4% to $2,395,000 from $2,495,000.
It still won't sell at that price but perhaps the sellers will take an even lower offer like the $1,999,000 I suggested.
Probably not but it's worth a try!
Located at 144 Manning Avenue in the heart of Trinity-Bellwoods, this 3 bedroom seems like a great condo-option in the middle of the city.
I pointed out that there were a few things off about it such as the drab curb appeal, the dark interior finishes and the low budget kitchen, not to mention that there was a sneaker hanging from the telephone wire! Drugs for sale!?!
Looks like I wasn't the only one with a few issues.
The listing price has been dropped by 13%!! To $649,000!!
Wow!
Now if someone could get it for $599,000...THAT would be good.
