I really like this house located south of the Lakeshore in Mississauga.  It kind of reminds me of the 'Split House' at 14 Astley Avenue.

And though the neighbourhood is 'quaint' and has lots of greenery, it's a little sketchy.

The house just 3 doors down from 860 Goodwin has a tarp on the roof and it doesn't look like it is a temporary thing.

Back to the house...

I really, really like it.  Is that a concrete island?  I love it. The floors are amazing, the windows are amazing, the kitchen pendants are great, the West Elm bedspread

...  I love that staircase...

And for $1,800,000 for 4+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and over 4,000 square feet of living space, I would buy this house in a second!

If it weren't for the neighbourhood.
