So much potential in this flip...
And then that railing, that bathroom jutting out into the middle of the living room, an over abundance of wainscotting, the backsplash in the kitchen, the second floor bathroom vanity, the basement bathroom sink (what!?!), the walk out from the family room and then there is the backyard. What is that stone stump for?
Don't get me wrong. This is still a really nice house and it is in a great family neighbourhood. But this could have been soooo much better.
And I don't understand why the original price was $1,299,000 and now it is $1,399,000. Were you hoping for a bidding war so you could get $1,499,000 and didn't get it?
You aren't going to.
I would rather spend that much on the 22 Cornish house around the corner and I am sure I am not alone.
