And this is where you can really see the price difference between the prices in Montreal and Toronto!!  

The Montreal spot at Le St. Regis of the same size that I mention the other day is half the price.  

Yes,  HALF!!

This 3 bedroom, 5,000 square foot condo located in the heart of Yorkville is listed at $6,950,000.  The Montreal spot is $3,500,000.  Holy CR-P!

And though the look is different between the two spots, they are definitely comparable, except perhaps the decks!  The deck in Montreal is AMAZING.  This one is pretty terrific too but doesn't even come close.  And it is north facing so wouldn't see much sun at all.

I am not crazy about all the living room or dining room furniture but the den is nice, especially that carpet and the leather chairs.  And the art throughout is pretty amazing!  But that isn't coming with the apartment.

There is a different feel to the two condos for sure but that price difference is crazy!
