The agent calls the location of this amazing loft 'South Riverdale'. I like to think of it more as West Leslieville.
Either way, it is what is currently not the best location over looking Eastern Avenue and around the corner from houses like this one at 874 Eastern Avenue but it is also literally a block away from all the great Queen East shops and restaurants. And it has a great view of the city.
There are also concrete floors. I love concrete floors. It does have exposed brick as well which I am not crazy about but it is yellow which I love.
The bathroom tile is great, the kitchen is perfect, all the fixtures are perfect...
Can you tell I like this place? Apparently I am not alone as it has been featured in Style at Home magazine.

Really, I like everything about it.
And with a price tag of $829,900, which includes a parking spot, I don't think this place will stay on the market for long.
The neighbourhood isn't the best but it is getting better and better and might be considered one of the hottest areas in the city.
And if this place were in Liberty Village (or even one block over from where it is now), it would be twice the price!
King West or Queen East? For this place, Queen East!!!
